Since you just had your procedure 10 days ago, most likely the cause of this whistling noise is an internal swelling and possible nasal crusting that alter the normal air flow. However, if this problem persist a month after your surgery, then the cause may be a septal perforation. You need to visit your rhinoplasty surgeon for a checkup.
