Dr. Kevin Sadati is a board certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon practicing in Newport Beach, California. He is a member of the prestigious American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS) and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS). Dr. Sadati is a highly specialized and experienced surgeon in the field of nasal surgery with more than a decade of experience. He has helped thousands of patients in Orange County California who have had a wide array of cosmetic and reconstructive problems such as primary and revision Rhinoplasty surgeries. Patients that seek out Dr. Sadati to fix their nose go to him because of his wealth of experience. They know that he has honed his fundamental skills using modern techniques which ensure them a successful outcome. As an artist and painter, Dr. Sadati has a great understanding of the hidden beauty of each individual. He is committed to treating the patient as a whole. By having a keen and artistic eye for balancing facial features, he has helped countless of patients achieve the natural looking nose that they wanted. It’s important to him that his patients’ receive the best possible care and that they are happy with their results. Other less skilled cosmetic surgeons performing the same procedure on the exact same patient would show telltale signs that they did not have the proper skills and experience. And unfortunately, the consequence to the patient would most likely be that they would need a revision. Unlike many cosmetic surgeons that simply treat a particular cosmetic nasal concern for their patient, Dr. Sadati considers every aspect as how the surgery will alter their nose. He will make sure that their nose will be both functional, and aesthetically pleasing. During your consultation, he goes to great lengths to ensure the proper time and attention is given to every detail, as well as making sure that your expectations will be met.
Dr. Sadati specializes in revision Rhinoplasty. In fact, a large portion of his practice revolves around correcting and refining noses of patients that are unsatisfied with their ‘new’ nose. Patients who go to Dr. Sadati go to him because they were not happy with the results they received from their previous nose surgery from another surgeon. These corrections in nasal surgery are the most difficult cases, but they often result in the happiest patients. There is no revision Rhinoplasty problem that Dr. Sadati considers too challenging to repair.
For Dr. Sadati, Rhinoplasty for the ethnic person who comes from the Middle East, the Mediterranean, Asia, or an African Country, is of particular interest to him because he knows how to work with their natural beauty. Most surgeons work against it, and knowing how to appreciate each individual, and their unique look, is extremely important in nasal cosmetic surgery. If you don’t know or understand ethnic noses, performing surgery without this knowledge can make them look unnatural. His patients appreciate this individual and personal attention, and his rare approach to cosmetic surgery has helped his practice grow over the years.
Educational Summary
Dr. Sadati received scholarships to earn his undergraduate degrees in Molecular Cell Biology and Near Eastern Art & History from the University of California at Berkeley. He then became involved in wound healing research at the University of California at San Francisco. He went on to earn his medical degree from Midwestern University in Illinois. After completing his rotating internship at Michigan State University, Metropolitan Hospital, he continued his General Surgery, Otolaryngology/ Head & Neck Surgery at PCOM and the Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He completed his facial plastic & reconstructive training in Philadelphia.
While a resident at day, he also pursued his interest in art by attending evening classes at the Philadelphia School of Fine Arts. He felt that by learning oil painting and sculpting, he would also gain an enormous amount of understanding for the human form; and through his artistic training, he learned that having this skill would be a tool to use in surgery; that was both unique, and beneficial to his patients. The means to this technique provided him a better understanding in how to achieve a harmonious and balanced body. With the use of clinical applications at surgery, and by implementing this skill, he produced a harmony in the body that worked.
In his quest for a higher education, he attended fellowship training in general cosmetic & reconstructive surgery in the State of Washington that is accredited by the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.

Wound Healing Research: Regulatory Effects of IL4 & NO Signaling on Osteoclasts & Osteoblasts. Bone marrow stem cells were induced to differentiate into osteoclasts and Osteoblasts, and then IL4 and Nitrous Oxide were introduced to them. The results indicated that IL4 down regulates the Osteoblasts, and NO upregulates the Osteoblasts.
